Organising a cocktail party
Welcoming 600 guests for a top-of-the-range lunch,
VINCI Construction France was looking for an unusual setting to surprise the 600 employees of its Regional Public Works and Civil Engineering Division in the Nouvelle-Aquitaine region for its annual New Year celebrations and also to mark the company's 10th anniversary. The Atlantique Stadium perfectly met the "atypical venue" criterion.
CONFIGURATION(S)
Three lounges were used to host the cocktail party and welcome the 600 guests.
- The first two lounges were used for cocktails and entertainment (over 800 m² were used for this corporate event).
- The third lounge was used solely as a cloakroom.
In addition to the unusual setting, VINCI Construction France wanted to offer its employees a top-of-the-range catering service in a friendly, elegant atmosphere.
A central stage was set up in the middle of the two lounges to allow the Regional Director to take the floor.
